I've added you to the project jira as a contributor. You should now be able to
assign issues to yourself and attach patches. Be sure to place the jira in
status "Patch Available" by clicking the "Submit Patch" button after you attach
a patch. This will let the qabot know that it should run through a battery of
automated tests.
