The HBase Rest documentation in the latest Apache HBase Reference Guide
([https://hbase.apache.org/book.html#_rest]) is still lacking the check-and-put
and check-and-delete endpoints. I have created a patch with documentation on
such endpoints and the documentation in the patch is working or verified
against the HBase/WebHBase (v1.1.2) on our company's enterprise HDP clusters. I
will upload the patch in the coming future.
