Description:
Canary#main uses config hbase.canary.sink.class to instantiate Sink class.
The Sink instance affects creation of Monitor.
In the refguide for Canary, hbase.canary.sink.class was not mentioned.
We should document this config.
Additionally, we need to document that using the default sink is not compatible
with table parameters as input so the user must change it.
