It's common that new reviewers found new issues, and I think it's a good thing
if code/doc truly improves with new comments. For old closed issues we could
push addendum commits (for small changes) or open new JIRAs (for big changes),
or in this case refine release note doc, don't worry (smile)
bq. And RN in HBASE-18398 has the documentation as Yu said
(HBASE-18309 actually) I think we should add some more words emphasizing the
difference between 1 and 1.0 for {{hbase.cleaner.scan.dir.concurrent.size}},
which is missing in current RN. Thanks.
