Run looks good. Unfortunately that's without me actually changing anything. So 
I've closed out HBASE-20381 as cannot reproduce. Details on that issue about 
measures in place to make sure we can root cause when the issue shows up again.

reviewers should feel free to continue with the patch as they see fit; I no 
longer have an objection based on the shadedjars test.
