HBASE-20298 "Doc change in read/write/total accounting metrics" should cover
the above {{I'm pretty sure our ops/second on master page has changed in
nature. I need to figure it and add to this metrics section.}}
Leaving this open in case other metrics show up in meantime. Not a blocker.
