[~mdrob] could you hold off committing the patch?
[~yzhangal] is driving Hadoop 3.0.3 release and we're considering to include
YARN-7190 as part of the release. Eventually, we should make a Hadoop 3.0.x
production ready, otherwise there's not point in releasing more dot releases.
