To break cyclic dependency, can subclass of

accommodate the method (fetchSlavesAddresses) where rs group information is
needed ?
TestGroupReplication should be moved to hbase-rsgroup.
[~Apache9] [~openinx] [~zghaobac] have been working in this area. Can you
comment please ?
