Description:
In ZKUtil.createACL(ZooKeeperWatcher zkw, String node, boolean
isSecureZooKeeper),

acls.add(new ACL(Perms.ALL, new Id("sasl", user)));

Here scheme is presently hard coded as "sasl", actually it should be based on
the auth provider configured at ZK.
