There's already {{CleanerChore}} framework providing:
* multi-threads scan dir
* basic multi-threads deletion
* pluggable delegators to choose files to be deleted
* on-the-fly configuration
We can refactor {{ExpiredMobFileCleanerChore}} to make use of them.
