The philosophy was that we hide all to do with Procedure from the client. I
think an "opaque" looking API showing up in an exception doesn't violate that
tenet too bad; benefits outweigh the downsides.
We need to do a scan of log. Some procedures are starting w/o logging their
start (and pid) making it hard to follow their lifetime. I'm thinking create
table but there are others. Will try and do this.
