[~nihaljain.cs] Sorry, I created HBASE-20818 and HBASE-20819 at the same time
by some mistakes. And I think HTableDescriptor used in the hbase-shell module
should be replaced instead of admin.rb, so I have changed the summary of
HBASE-20819.
Patches will be uploaded to HBASE-20819, and I will close this issue.
