logging as {{"param":"TODO: class
org.apache.hadoop.hbase.shaded.protobuf.generated.MasterProtos$ModifyTableRequest"}}
seems unpolished, we should clean that up so we don't leak TODOs in the logs
and make operators think we don't know what we're doing.
