I've updated the patch:
v1
- updated for current master branch
- calls out Hadoop 3.1.0 as X due to Hadoop PMC saying it isn't production
ready
- tweak message about presence of YARN-7190
Let's get this documented and then we can push on the Hadoop folks to get
YARN-7190 into a Hadoop 3.0.z release.
