I think the tool is a good start. We can add the steps in our ref guide for 
operators.

Maybe a improvement could be that, output the suggested operations at last, for 
example, which tables need to be major compacted, and which snapshots are dirty 
and needs to be dropped or reconstructed. Can do this in a follow-on issue.
