bq. How fast/slow do you think we'll move off of 2.0 as a community? I think
that would be my biggest influencing factor.
I think 2.0.x will have a short half-life but I want it to be solid before we
leave it behind. I'm running tests. I'll try this patch and the other biggie,
HBASE-20871. They are a bunch of code movement but they shut-out whole classes
of problems (HBASE-20871 in particular).
