We have a production cluster which has 300+ Regionservers and almost 200K
regions. When master restart, it is slow to initialize master as the AM's
request be blocked by RSReport request. The jstack shows that most of handlers
response for RSReport. So we add this feature to separate RSReports request to
independent handlers. And this feature already was used on our cluster for a
while. Thanks.
