Thanks for taking this on [~MikeWingert] How you think it should go? We could
have top-level bin dir and the bin would host a generic hbase-connectors
script.sh script that took args... start kafka proxy.... It'd build up the
CLASSPATH needed. Perhaps it would source $HBASE_HOME/bin/hbase or some such
thing... or maybe better if it just standalone.
