I feel the hbase-server errors reported here are unrelated to the changes made
in the .008+ patch. I see that there is still 1 rubocop issue being reported.
Will fix it.
Also, I tried running both the failed tests on my local machine and they
passed. Resubmitting another patch for the rubocop.
