[~MikeWingert] And to answer you question I think what you have posted looks
great. There's a few small questions in the above and then lets get it
committed. Its a great start. We can file follow-ons to do cleanup or reorg
once others start taking a look (e.g. Could you make use of the
hbase-shaded-client instead of depend directly on hbase-client and
hbase-server? It looks like you could because you don't use
HBaseTestingUtility... If you did, it would make it harder. Can do in a
follow-on).
