stack resolved HBASE-21434.

Resolution: Fixed
Release Note: Cleaned up kafka submodule dependencies. Added used
dependencies to pom and removed the unused. Depends explicitly on hadoop2. No
messing w/ hadoop3 versions.
Merged.
