Good stuff Sergey:

"hbase.regionserver.hlog.too.old.sec";

s/wal/hlog/g ?

Does SequenceIdAccounting have to know about Collection<byte[]>
regionsBlocking) ? Could the list passed be more generic that about regions?
Could be old keys or keys that should have been cleared by flush or something?

Above are all nits. This is really good stuff.

> The WALs not being archived for a long time can result in a long recovery
> later. It's useful to know what regions are blocking the WALs from being
> archived, to be able to debug flush logic and tune configuration.
