bq. Sure, better to check with INFRA first. From Hungary the git fetch command
takes almost 4 minutes so it could be a general slowdown on their side. Even if
it's a temporary issue I think we could improve on our nightlies by not cloning
the whole repository every time.
How long does the git fetch take if you use github as the remote instead of
{{git.apache.org/hbase.git}}?
