This can be done, but if we do this we should handle it consistently all 
across. What I mean is currently if we try to create/modify table with say, min 
version with a negative illegal value, we throw/warn but do not override the 
value. 
We should handle the over-riding of incorrect/meaningless value for all such 
cases.
