I know you just wanted to transcribe the existing thing here, but I think it
would really benefit from adding a sentence to the intro that essentially says
"folks who are interested in hosting a future HBaseCon event should keep the
following guidelines in mind and email the PMC via the mailing list
[email protected], which allows anyone to send messages, but restricts
who can read them"
