Unit tests all pass with Hadoop 2.9.2, tested with: {{mvn clean install
-DskipITs -Dsurefire.secondPartForkCount=1 -Dsurefire.rerunFailingTestsCount=3
-Dhadoop-two.version=2.9.2 -Dhadoop.version=2.9.2}}
(I run the larger tests serially to avoid some lingering test nits like
rsgroups don't like if if they run in parallel.)
