Release Note:
HTableMultiplexer exposes the implementation class, and it is incomplete, so we
mark it as deprecated and remove it in 3.0.0 release.
There is no direct replacement for HTableMultiplexer, please use
BufferedMutator if you want to batch mutations to a table.
