This is a pretty old release. Even though we don't have the link to the doc
from our main page, the linkchecker job lands directly at
[https://hbase.apache.org/0.94/] which has around 90 odd missing file issues. I
haven't yet looked at the missing anchors stuff yet.
We can set linkchecker to not check 0.94.
