Not a problem.If any reference files are copied while running
*-fixHdfsOverlaps* command in the new region , region wont be asssigned until
the reference files pointing to old region has been cleaned. The problem can be
fixed through existing HBCK *-fixReferenceFiles* command.So not an issue
