It looks like you've identified a 'hole' in our accounting. Good one
[~tianjingyun]. Keeping account of ongoing dispatched calls makes sense. Pity
have to change all the Procedures to do it though. Wonder if a cleaner way of
keeping account (probably not.... but asking anyways). Thanks.
