I have a first for the first issue, but that uncovers a second where the
proxyuser configuration isn't taking effect in the unit test. This passes on my
laptop, but it does fail similarly on a linux box that I have. I'm guessing QA
will also run into that second issue, so trying to get it passing on my linux
box before putting up a third patch.
