Tagged 205e39c5704bf38568b34926dde9f1ee76e6b5d0 as rel/2.0.4 and pushed tag
upstream.
Released the maven repo staged artifact.
Moved the version on to 2.0.5-SNAPSHOT as subtask.
Remove release/hbase/2.0.3
svn mv dev/hbase/hbase-2.0.4RC1 release/hbase/2.0.4 under URL:
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist
svn commit.
Update the download page (see subtask).
Release 2.0.4 in JIRA.
Waiting till morning to send announcement while artifacts propagate and until
show on download page.
