Pushed to master branch. I presume you'll do a copy of master doc into
branch-2.2? (You'll need to remove chapters on features not being shipped --
just backup I think).
Thanks for the ping [~zghaobac]. This doc could be better but it does the main
thing which is point elsewhere for spark. Thanks.
