Disabled two tests, TestScannerHeartbeatMessages and
TestAvoidCellReferencesIntoShippedBlocks, as they can not work together with
async prefetch scanner. For the heartbeat message, I plan to add UTs for async
client to cover the cases in TestScannerHeartbeatMessages , and for
TestAvoidCellReferencesIntoShippedBlocks, I think it will be gone after we
address HBASE-21879 so...
