Let me push on master and branch-2.
Been keeping an eye on branch-2.2 nightly. It is not as stable as 2.1 or 2.0
generally but the failures since this commit went in seem usual fare... nothing
like the weird interrupts seen above. Will keep an eye on it but it looks like
its ok. FYI [~zghaobac]
