Description: The fields
SnapshotDescriptionUtils.SNAPSHOT_TIMEOUT_MILLIS_KEY and
SnapshotDescriptionUtils.SNAPSHOT_TIMEOUT_MILLIS_DEFAULT are deprecated, but is
still used. The remaining usages should be moved to the new fields. (was: The
field SnapshotDescriptionUtils.SNAPSHOT_TIMEOUT_MILLIS_KEY was deprecated, but
is still used. The remaining usages should be moved to
SnapshotDescriptionUtils.MASTER_SNAPSHOT_TIMEOUT_MILLIS.)
