Have attached the patch [~Apache9]. The issue was that the existing other tests
in the class weren't cleaning up the snapshotSizes from the QuotaTableUtil and
hence the failure in the testDeleteSnapshots during initial phase itself. Have
added cleanup steps in the other 2 functions. The tests pass now.
Will work for patch on other branches as well.
