Apache9 opened a new pull request #194: HBASE-22317 Support reading from meta replicas URL: https://github.com/apache/hbase/pull/194 Also done some cleanups on `TestMetaWithReplicas`. Planed to reuse the test but finally give up, but I think the cleanup is still needed. Introduced a `TestAsyncTableUseMetaReplicas` instead.
