With my RM hat on, I observe that voters have tended to veto candidates that
have issues flagged in the compat report. That's why my response to an issue
flagged in the compat report was a revert. If there is no objection to putting
it back, though, I have no strong opinion either way.
Perhaps write a release note for this and then we can point to the release note
in the call for votes. Might smooth out any potential issues.
