{{UserGroupInformation#logoutUserFromKeytab}} was added by HADOOP-12682 in
Hadoop 2.7.3. (Hey, I authored it)
HBASE-22405 updated HBase compat matrix where HBase 1.5 does not support Hadoop
2.7.x. So we just need to fix HBase 1.4 branch.
Let me do that, since I authored both the Hadoop patch as well as the HBase
patch
