Pushed to branch-2.2+. Thanks [~busbey] for reviewing. Filed HBASE-22413 for
backporting to branch-1.
And I think we also need to backport the personality changes to all branches? I
can not recall, the pre commit job will always use the personality from master
branch or the testing branch?
