In HBASE-22005, I added a ByteBuffAllocator reference in HFileBlock, but no
increase relative heapSize in HFileBlock#heapSize(). So I guess we have no UT
for the HFileBlock#heapSize().
Will add a UT for this, also fix the heapSize change issue.
