I found anther problem : seems always use the BlockReaderRemote to read the
block in my testing cluster (see
[blockReaderRemote|https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/attachment/12969916/blockReaderRemote.png]),
actually it's should use LocalBlockReader because all of the locallity are
1.0. Let me have a check.
