The answer is no. In general, in the nightly job, we will use the oldest 
supported version to test compatibility, while in the pom typically we will use 
the newest version of a minor release line. So that;s why we use 2.8.2 and 
3.0.3 in the past, and now, it comes to 2.8.5 and 3.1.1.
