* Upgraded jaxws-ri to 2.3.2
* Added EDL 1.0 license for aggregation.
* Updated the transitive dependencies to be included in lib/jdk11 for
HBASE-22264
* Updated the licensing info for the transitive dependencies in
supplemental-models.xml
Built a jar and verified the dependencies to be present in lib/jdk11. The
testing done in HBASE-22264 has been done here.
