These are logs pasted from master log. In fact, table {{feed:content}} and its
regions no longer exists in cluster, but they seems being kept in
{{RegionPlan}} or {{Balancer}} forever.
BTW, the balancer is {{RSGroupBasedLoadBalancer}}
