Report on filesystem integrity but do not make 'fixes'; i.e. holes or overlaps
in hdfs. HBCK2 shouldn't do this w/o involving the master. Having report is
handy though for figuring out state of HDFS.
Playing w/ the tool, it could be more comprehensive in its analysis but can do
that later.
