Release Note: Adds a "CatalogJanitor hbase:meta Consistency Issues"
section to the new 'HBCK Report' page added by HBASE-22709. This section is
empty unless the most recent CatalogJanitor scan turned up problems. If so,
will show table of issues found.
Status: Resolved (was: Patch Available)
Pushed to branch-2.0+ (After fixing javadoc, checkstyle issues above and
running each unit test locally to see if changes here to jsp were responsible
AND building and running against each branch to make sure I haven't broken
build).
