I think including the used licenses to the existing LICENSES.txt would work.
You can take a look at how it is done for the main hbase repository here:
https://github.com/apache/hbase/blob/master/LICENSE.txt
[~busbey] could help us to give some insights into how licensing should be done
correctly for this repository.
