Steps I did:
* remove everything from 2.0 directory in hbase-site repository
* download 2.0.6 binary tarball and copy the content of docs to 2.0
* run mvn site with release profile on rel/2.0.6, copy devapidocs and
testdevapidocs to 2.0
I'm planning to push to hbase-site repo tonight unless objection.
